Hourly Rates
Standard - $125
After Hours Bookings - $185
Minimum of 1 hour, charged in 15 minute increments thereafter. Includes travel to site and documenting job notes. Return travel will also be included for outlying suburbs and townships.
After hours bookings are available by appointment on select weekdays and Saturdays and must be booked a minimum of 72 hours in advance.
Administration & Service Fee
$55
Covers behind the scenes costs required to complete each job including admin, scheduling and invoicing, ordering and collecting materials, accounting and job management software, bookkeeping etc.
Emergency Call Outs
After Hours Emergency Call Out - $220
Public Holiday Emergency Call Out - $440
Includes the Administration & Service Fee. Standard hourly rates apply for work completed. Standard business hours are Monday - Friday, 7am to 4pm.
Parts & Materials
Materials
Items and parts required for your job such as pipe, toilets, taps etc. Charged per item plus applicable delivery fees.
Special order items
Time spent sourcing special order items is charged at our standard hourly rate. Non-returnable items must be paid in full, even if not used or work does not proceed.
Cancellation & No Access
$125
For cancellation or rescheduling within 24 hours of the booking time or where no access is available upon attendance at the scheduled time.
Forms & Reports
Water Compliance Certificate - $130 standalone / $88 add on
Form 4 - $65
TMV Certification - $99 per valve
Backflow Prevention Testing - $138 per device
Gas Certificate - $65
Equipment & Personnel Hire
Costs for specialised equipment & personnel will be passed on as incurred.
