Poseidon Plumbing & Drainage is a small family business run by husband and wife duo, Hayden and Cas Thompson. Servicing Toowoomba and surrounds, our goal is to provide professional, quality service with a friendly and transparent approach from start to finish.

Following in his father’s footsteps, Hayden commenced his plumbing journey in 2006 and has since built a wealth of experience across commercial, residential and industrial projects.
Despite being known for his down to earth nature and light hearted sense of humour, Hayden approaches every job with care, precision and a genuine desire to get things right. With an eye for detail, he prides himself on producing not only perfect plumbing, but great visual outcomes too.
Easy going, trustworthy and full of knowledge, Hayden’s the kind of plumber you’ll be glad to have on the job.

While the hard hats are Hayden’s domain, Cas wears most of the business ones. Working behind the scenes she brings structure, clarity, and a customer-first approach to everything she does, from developing our systems and services to managing the finances.
Driven by a mindset of continuous improvement, Cas is always looking for ways to make what we do better. Whether it’s reviewing past jobs, refining processes, or guiding the business into the future, she plays an integral role in shaping the way things look, feel and function for both our clients and our team.
